Oil separator - Helical

Spiral oil separators, which are devices used to remove oil from the compression line in refrigeration and air conditioning systems and return it to the compressor.

This process helps maintain the oil level inside the compressor chamber and improves system efficiency by preventing oil flow within the system.

Key features of helical oil separators include:

• Centrifugal flow path that achieves approximately 99% efficiency in oil separation with low pressure drop.
• Compatibility with HCFC and HFC refrigerants and associated oils.
• They are suitable for low-pressure oil management systems and are designed to work with scroll and piston compressors, but are not recommended for screw and centrifugal compressors.
• Oil float: stainless steel
