About the product

Opteon™ XP10 (R-513A) refrigerant is used as a hydrofluoroolefin (HFO)-based replacement with no ozone depletion potential (ODP) and low global warming potential (GWP) for R-134a.

Opteon™ XP10 offers excellent performance and efficiency for R-134a in new and retrofitted systems, and an optimal balance of characteristics, including high performance, energy efficiency, and environmental sustainability.

Opteon™ XP10 is used in a wide variety of applications. The most common are chillers and commercial refrigeration equipment, including:

Commercial and industrial refrigeration with direct expansion (DX) at medium temperature
Medium-temperature circuits of cascade systems
Chillers, air conditioning, and direct expansion (DX) heat pumps.
