About the product

The Crankcase Pressure Regulator (CPR) series is designed to maintain a specified maximum output pressure while preventing overload on the compressor motor.

These valves operate in response to outlet pressure and are designed to prevent overload conditions during operation and in other situations (such as after a defrost cycle) where high evaporation pressures can be expected. PRC meters limit crankshaft pressures above a predetermined setting.

  • Oil compatibility: Works with mineral oils, alkyl benzene, and polyol ester (POE).
  • Press to operate:
    • Maximum operating pressure (PS): 25 bar
    • Maximum test pressure (PT): 30 bar
  • Pressure range: 0.5 to 6.9 bar with a factory setting of 2 bar.
  • Temperature range:
    • Storage temperature: 30°C to 80°C
    • Ambient temperature: 30°C to 80°C
  • Materials: The measuring chamber is made of CW509L (EN12420), which ensures durability and rust resistance.
