CO₂ systems for cooling and freezing – TEKO (Germany) systems-based project
The project includes the construction and supply of CO₂ cooling and freezing systems, incorporating transcritical and subcritical systems to achieve high energy efficiency and maximum operational reliability.
The system consists of
-
Two transcritical systems With an output of 175 kW each, for an evaporation temperature of -35°C.
-
Two subcritical systems With an output of 350 kW each, for an evaporation temperature of -47°C.
In designing the system, special emphasis was placed on:
-
Efficient oil separation and optimal oil management for all systems
-
Improving the overall energy efficiency of the system
-
Making compromises through hot gas, to improve work stability and reduce energy consumption
This configuration enables reliable operation under varying load conditions, high operational efficiency, and maintenance of precise cooling and freezing conditions over time.
